Is Denver Real Estate a Good Investment?
I think so. That is why I have invested in real estate. Below is a graph comparing real estate investments to the Dow, S & P and Nasdaq. I got this in a class that was taught by Steve Harney who did is research through MSN Money.com. It is a Case Shiller study.
I have also kept track of the average prices of real estate in the Denver metro area and the Denver area that I have specialized in selling and investing, Denver Southeast.
